Why you may still see Tinley Park listed

Some third-party ticket and listing sites still show Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre, Tinley Park for August 25, 2026, with the same date, the same door time and the same lineup. Those listings are out of date.

The festival’s own promoter, Blackbird Presents, lists the August 25 date at Huntington Bank Pavilion at Northerly Island in Chicago, and Ticketmaster, Songkick and Concert Archives all show the same venue. We are going with the promoter.

The two venues are 30 miles apart, and the rules differ

This is not a harmless mix-up. Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre is in the far south-west suburbs. Northerly Island is downtown, on the Museum Campus peninsula. And the venue policies are not the same.

The big one: lawn chairs. Tinley Park lets you bring your own lawn chair for the lawn. Northerly Island does not — camping chairs and bag chairs are prohibited there. If you pack for the venue you are used to, you will be turned away at the gate with a chair you cannot take in.

Has the Outlaw Music Festival ever played Tinley Park?

Yes. The festival played Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre in Tinley Park in September 2024, which is part of why the venue is still so strongly associated with the tour in search results and on aggregator sites.

Whether it returns there is not announced yet. The 2026 route is a short one, and there is no second Illinois date on it.
